Sometimes my server takes a long time to connect.
When i used filezilla recently to update my files filezilla could not connect to my server.
It says connection timed out.

and i opened the settings
Connection -> Under the Timeout option
make it 0 to disable
or you can give any number of seconds like 30 seconds or 60 seconds.
By default i think filezilla sets 20 seconds.
